William Richard Miller, 87, Bradenton, died Oct. 22, 2003. He was born May 4, 1916, in Little Falls, N.Y., and came to Bradenton in 1978 from New York. He worked for a gun manufacturing company. He was a member of the Trailer Estates Shuffleboard Club and Covenant Church in Trailer Estates. He was a Navy veteran of World War II. Survivors include his wife, Janice; sons Richard of Tucson, Ariz., and Wayne of Wilmington, Del.; two sisters; two brothers; and six grandchildren. The service will be at 10 a.m. Nov. 1 in the Trailer Estates Auditorium. Wiegand Brothers Funeral Home, Sarasota, is in charge. Memorial donations may be made to the H.
