LYON William The Death of Mr. William "Bill" John of St. Mary's Villa, Humboldt, SK, (and formerly of Vancouver, BC), occurred at his residence on Tuesday, November 25, 2008. He was 95 years of age. While living in Vancouver, Bill was employed at MacMillan Bloedel for 42 years as a sawmill worker. He was predeceased by his wife, Mary (nee Lambert) Lyon in 1985, then eventually returned to Saskatchewan. The United Funeral Service for Bill will be held at Schuler-Lefebvre Funeral Chapel, Humboldt, SK, on Saturday, November 29, 2008, at 11:00 a.m. Interment will take place with Mary at Forest Lawn Ocean View Memorial Park, Burnaby, BC, at a future date.
