LEE, WILLIAM NISKAYUNA - William R. Lee passed away on Saturday, April 30, 2011 at home, surrounded by his loving family. Born in Troy, he was the son of the late William and Grace Lee. Bill was a graduate of Albany College of Pharmacy. He retired from CVS Pharmacy on Gerling Street in Schenectady after 35 years of devoted service, and will be missed by the many customers and friends he made over the years. Bill enjoyed gardening, fishing and playing poker with his friends. He loved nature and spending time outdoors. Bill is the beloved longtime companion and best friend of Denise Manny. Also surviving are his children and grandchildren; his sister, Shirley Madsen and his brother, Paul Lee. He was predeceased by one brother and one sister. A Memorial Service will be held on Tuesday at 6:00 p.m. at New Comer Cannon Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Rd., Colonie (Rt. 155-south of Central Ave). Calling hours will precede the service from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions would be appreciated to Community Hospice of Schenectady, 1411 Union St., Schenectady, NY 12308 or Nature Conservancy Eastern NY Chapter, 195 New Karner Rd., Albany, NY 12205 in memory of William R.
