TAYLOR, William Lee(Bill), a longtime resi¡dent of Montgomeryand Prattville, passed awayJune 7, 2011, a few daysshort of his 92nd birthday.Visitation will be Thursday,June 9 at 1:00 p.m. with theservice following at 2p.m.at Leak Memory Chapelwith Rev. Jim Salminen offi¡ciating. Pall bearers will begrandsons Alan Christian,Dustin Taylor, Andrew Mon¡crief, James Hamrick, Mi¡chael Williams, and TreyGoings. He is survived by his wife of70 years, Ruth Edwards Tay¡lor, sons Alan Taylor andRick Taylor ( Jane Ellen),Daughters, Kay Morris(John) and Jan Goings.Grandchildren, Dustin Tay¡lor (Claudia), Candice Dur¡den (Luke), Alan Christian (Sherrie), Julie Goings, TreyGoings, Brandi Williams (Michael), Margo Hamrick(James), Allison Sullivan (J¡ason), Marshall Morris(Anna), Ryan Morris ( Ste¡phanie), Jerry Vann (Li¡nda), plus 13 great grand¡children and 3 greatgreatgrandchildren. He was a longtime mem¡ber of Frazer United Meth¡odist Church and foundingmember of Trinity UnitedMethodist Church in Pratt¡ville. He was owner of Ad -Arts Inc. for 68 years,served in the U.S. Army dur¡ing WWII, was a member ofthe Downtown OptimistClub for over 50 years, andtaught Sunday School forover 50 years. He was a layminister and lifetime mem¡ber of the United MethodistMen's Club. He will bemissed greatly and helived a life that was an in¡spiration to all who knewhim.
