He was a native of Onondaga, MI and the son of the late Millard and Leah Jones Taylor.Reverend Taylor was a member of Franklin Road Baptist Church and a retired Minister. He served his country in the US Army during the Korean War.He is survived by his wife, Joyce Warner Taylor; sons, Michael (Vivian) Taylor of Buford, GA, Stephen (Lisa) Taylor of Taiwan; daughters, Dawn Walker of Nashville, Jann (Steven) McDonald of Antioch, Susanne Taylor of Dickson; 11 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; and two brothers, Robert Taylor of Lake Comma, MI. and Kendall Taylor of Petoskey, MI.Visitation services will be Friday, January 21, 2011, from 9 a.m. until 11 a.m. at Franklin Road Baptist Church.Funeral services will follow at 11 a.m. at Franklin Road Baptist Church with Dr. Mike Norris officiating.
