-> William Henry Lee, 82, of Savannah, died Friday, Sept. 16, 2005 after a long illness. He was born in Screven County, Ga., and moved to Savannah, Ga in 1942. He was a veteran of WW II, having served in the US Army Aircorps in the European Theater, where he received the Good Conduct Medal. He was retired from CSX Railroad, having served as a Car Inspector for 33 years, and he was a member of the Railroad Retirees Club. He was a member of Ardsley Park Baptist Church, and the Men's Fellowship Class. He is survived by his wife of 59 Ú years, Mrs. Miriam Boykin Lee of Savannah, Ga; a son and daughter in law, William H. and Elizabeth Lee of Savannah, Ga; two brothers, Elton Lee of Camilla, Ga; and Charles Lee of Sylvania, Ga; a sister, Wilma Thomson, Savannah, Ga; five grandchildren, and six great grandchildren. Visitation: 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at the Hubert C. Baker Funeral Home. Graveside Services: 10 a.m. Wednesday in Forest Lawn Memory Gardens, with Dr. J.Calvin Webb, officiating. Honorary pallbearers will be the Board of Deacons of Ardsley Park Baptist Church, and the Men's Fellowship Sunday School Class, and you are asked to assemble at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens at 9:45 a.m. Wednesday.
