LEE, William H. (Bill) In hospital on January 1, 2000 Bill Lee of Chelsea, Quebec in his 87th year. Loving husband and cherished companion of Margaret White. Predeceased by his wife of 50 years Mildred Kathleen Grisley and his brothers John, Jim and Robert (Bob). Dear brother of Hulbert (Kay), Alice Hudson and Kathleen Hodgins. Caring father of Carole Mehner (Udo), Robert, Alfred (Christine) and Richard (Joan). Will be dearly missed by his grandchildren Christopher and Beth Mehner; Jennifer, Michelle, Jeffrey, Miranda, Jenna, Christopher and Nathalie Lee. Cherished step-father of Jennifer Myerscough (Scott) and Alison Eades and "Mr. Bill" to four step-grandchildren. Bill was very active in his church as an Elder and will be remembered for his many years as a square dance caller and teacher throughout the Gatineau Hills. A Memorial Service will be held on Tuesday, January 4th, 2000 at 2 p.m. at Chelsea United Church, Mill Road, Chelsea, Quebec. Cremation with interment to follow in the spring at Hall's Cemetery, Wakefield, Quebec. Arrangements in care of the McGarry Memorial Chapel and Crematorium, Wakefield, Quebec. Donations to the Gatineau Memorial Hospital Centre Foundation, C.P. 160, Wakefield, Quebec, J0X 3G0, would be appreciated by the family in recognition of the exceptional care provided by the second floor nursing staff.
