Carter, William H. Chili/Rome, NY: July 29, 2007. He is survived by his sons and daughters, Laura Carpenter, William E. Carter, Janet (Gene) D'Ambrose, David (Maria Mackin) Carter; several sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, numerous nieces & nephews. Mr. Carter was a WWII Army Veteran and owned Carter Exterminating. He was an organist for Ballantyne Presbyterian Church many years ago. He was a member of the Rochester Organ Society. Bill loved music, cooking, baseball, and people. He had a special place in his heart for Margaret Newman, David Mills, Crystal Carter, Debbie and Karen Koenig and their families, and the Davis families. Many thanks to Dr. Stratton-Smith and his staff. A Celebration of Life will be held 10 AM Saturday, August 11th at the All Seasons Chapel at White Haven Memorial Park.
