William David Adams, 56, Osprey, died at home April 11, 2005. He was born Dec. 21, 1948, in Osprey and was a lifelong resident. He was a self-employed underground cable installer and a Navy veteran of the Vietnam War. Survivors include a daughter, Angela of Fort Valley, Ga.; sons Christopher J. of Osprey, John and Jeremy, both of Alabama, and Josh and Jason, both of North Carolina; a brother, Jimmy Transeaux of Bradenton; sisters Mary Dufon of Bradenton, Maggie Greene of Osprey, Ann Bonnett of Lake Placid and Sue Transeaux of Bainbridge Island, Wash.; and five grandchildren. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. today at Farley Funeral Home, Venice Chapel. Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at Osprey Cemetery.
