BRYANT, WILLIAM DANIEL William Daniel Bryant, formerly of Miami, Florida, passed away on Tuesday, September 2, 2014, at home, surrounded by his family. Bill was born on January 29, 1933 in Dover, Delaware. He was 81 years old. Bill was preceded in death by his loving wife Maggie, and their daughter Jill. Bill was a graduate of Caesar Rodney High School, in Camden. Following high school he transferred to the University of Delaware, where he studied finance until joining the United States Navy. After proudly serving his country, he was employed as a Stock Broker, eventually starting a successful trading company. Bill loved to cook, and was known for being a hard worker. He was a dreamer, and often shared his aspirations with those around him. Over the years he had many interests and hobbies, but his family remained his priority. Bill was a devoted husband and father. After his wife passed, he raised his young children on his own. Bill leaves behind his eldest son, Joseph; son, John and his wife Patty; grandson, William Enrique; sisters, Freeda Saunders and Linda Cox; and a host of nieces and nephews. Services are private and will be held at a later date. Contributions in William's honor can be made to Delaware Hospice, 100 Patriots Way, Milford, Delaware 19963.
