CARTER, William (Bill) Born January 18, 1938 passed away March 6, 2005 in the same place Maternity/ Hospice Royal Jubilee Hospice. Descendant of an early 1800's pioneer Victoria family. Bill leaves behind his faithful pals and partners, Mr. Stripes (3 years) and Margaret Cox (40 years). Also survived by his brother Jimmy, children Willie of Victoria, Michael of Calgary, Jeana Haverland (Darryl), grandchildren Willis, Mary and Jacob of Port Alberni and Margaret's extended family; Pam, Lisa, Russell, Robin and grandchildren Kacey (Layla), Danika Ellis, Tessa and Sarah March. Bill was always proud of his work in the Chemainus Mill, building West Coast logging roads, Yarrows and Dock yard. He loved fishing playing pool and a good crib game. Special thanks to Dr. Jacob Douvenage, Dave, Diane, George, Russ, and Travis who were all there for Bill and helped him along his final journey.
