MacDONALD, Wayne After a courageous battle with cancer, we are very sad to announce that Wayne MacDonald age 45 died peacefully at his home surrounded by his family and close friends on Thursday August 7, 2003. Devoted husband and best friend of Natalie (Cousineau). Loving and caring father of Clayton, Chelsea, Molly and Malcolm. Dear son of Merney (Wilcox). Predeceased by his father Archie MacDonald. He will be greatly missed by his mother-in-law Gisele MacDonald and his sister-in-law Aimee Prince (Mathew). Wayne leaves behind his sisters Judy Woof (Reggie), Nancy, Sheila Maclarty (Jeff) and Joyce. Wayne's sense of humour, kindness and love of life will be remembered by all those who knew him. We love you Wayne. Visitation will be held at the Garden Chapel of Tubman Funeral Home, 3440 Richmond Road (between Bayshore Drive and Baseline Road) on Friday August 8, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service on Saturday in the chapel at 2 p.m. Cremation to follow. Donations welcome in support of the MacDonald family (payable to Natalie MacDonald, TD Canada Trust, Westboro Branch, 337 Richmond Road, Ottawa K2A 0E7) or to the Ottawa Regional Cancer Centre.
