Wayne Allen Williams LOGANVILLE, Ga. - Mr. Wayne Allen Williams, age 74, of Loganville, Georgia, formerly of West Columbia, South Carolina, passed away on Wednesday, September 10, 2014. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, September 13, 2014, in the Chapel of Tim Stewart Funeral Home, Loganville, Georgia. Rev. John Tomlinson will officiate. He was an employee with Baptist Medical Center and was preceded in death by his grandson, Bobby Welch Jr. Mr. Williams is survived by his companion, Maria Markell, Loganville, GA; children: Sharon and Bobby Welch of Jacksonville, FL, Angie Quattlebaum of Columbia, SC; brothers: George D. Williams of Midland, NC, James F. Williams, Columbia, SC; very special friend, Jane Price of Monroe, GA; grandchildren: Stephanie Welch, Caroline Whatley, Hailey Poellien, Dakota Quattlebaum; great-grandchildren: Nicole and Brittany Welch, Maci Whatley, Kobe Whatley; and nephew: Michael Williams. The family will receive friends from 12:00-2:00 p.m. Saturday, September 13, 2014, at Tim Stewart Funeral Home, 670 Tom Brewer Road, Loganville, GA 30052. 770-466-1544.
