CARTER, WARREN F., 75, of LaGrange, died Wednesday, August 4, 2004, at Hospice & Palliative Care of Louisville's inpatient unit at Norton Healthcare Pavilion. He was a retired mechanic for Tri-County Ford, a member of Shiloh United Methodist Church and a US Army veteran of the Korean Conflict. He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Helen Davis Carter, a son, Jim Carter, and two sisters, Mary Smith of New Castle, KY, and Julia Greenwood of LaGrange. His funeral service will be held at noon Friday at Heady-Radcliffe, LaGrange, with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens-East. Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. Thursday.
