He was born to Mildred and Clyde Reynolds at the family home in Upper Stewiacke, Nova Scotia on January 7, 1932. He grew up there enjoying trapping and fishing as a boy; school was a lesser, necessary interest. He served in the Navy for a year and a half then came west to Alberta in search of work. In the fall of 1954 they moved to Upper Stewiacke, NS, where they stayed for ten years before moving back to Saskatoon. Walter worked at various jobs before he and Teresa established RenRoc Drywall Supplies in 1972 and ran it until 1979. Since that time, he was involved in various business interests. Walter is survived by his wife, Teresa; daughters, Leslie Fahr (Sig) and their daughter, Lauren; Anne and her daughter, Sarah; Ronnie; and Leah; sons, Jack (Deb) and their children, Barrett, Brendan and Regan; Jeffery and his sons, Corey and Aaron; Chet (Janet) and their children, Caitland and Carson; sister, Marjorie (Wade) McCann; and his mother, Mildred Lockhart.
