ANDERSON, Walter AlvarWalter passed away peacefully on November 1, 2011 at the Peter Lougheed Centre at the age of 91 years. He was born in Calgary on May 30, 1920 and grew up on the family farm at Kathyrn, AB. He will be lovingly missed by his wife Edith, his son Alan (Maureen); their son Andrew (Angie) and daughter Kristy (Keegan); daughter Linda (Neil); their sons Eric and Ross; as well as numerous other relatives and friends. A Celebration of Walter's Life will be held in the Chapel of Mountain View Funeral Home on Tuesday, November 8, 2011 at 2:30 p.m. A private family interment will be held in Mountain View Memorial Gardens.
