Obituary of Willie-Vincent Carter

CARTER, WILLIE VINCENT, 81, of Winter Springs, FL, passed away Monday August 12, 2002. He was born May 4, 1921 in Richmond, VA, to Ottie Vincent Carter and Janie Wyatt. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II. He was a plumber by trade. He was a member of Plumbers and Steam Fitters Local Union #10. He is survived by his wife, Willy Carter; son Willie M.V. Carter of New York City; daughter Bianca Carter of Winter Springs, FL; son Steven Vincent Carter of Amelia, VA; daughter Heidi C. Adams of Winter Springs, FL; brother Eddie Carter of Richmond, VA; six grandchildren and two great grandchildren. A Mass of Christian Burial will be 10AM on Thursday August 15, 2002 at St. Peter and Paul Catholic Church, 5300 Howell Branch Road, Winter Park, FL 32792, with Father Sean Conney as celebrant. Visitation will be from 6-8PM on Wednesday August 14, 2002 at the Altamonte Chapel of the Baldwin-Fairchild Funeral Home.
