LINCOLNTON, Ga. - Mrs. Willie Mae Jones of Clary Road entered into rest Saturday, June 21, 2003 at home. Funeral service will be held Wednesday, June 25, 2003, 2 p.m. at Ebenezer Baptist Church with Rev. Roy D. Andrews officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. She was a Lincoln County native and an Ebenezer Baptist Church member where she served as an usher and a missionary. She was a retired domestic and the last surviving member of her immediate family. Survivors are two daughters, Margaret (Robert) Gainey, Philadelphia, Penn. and Anne (James) Gunby, Greenwood, S.C.; daughter-in-law, Elaine F. Jones; son-in-law, Herbert C. Brown, Sr.; sisters-in-law, Mamie Jo Jones, Willie Mae Jones, Martha Jones, Dorothy Brown, Lincolnton and Louise Holloway, Augusta; brothers-in-law, Henry Jones and Grady Pryor, Augusta; 'special sister,' Ruth Jones and 'special daughter,' Mattie Ware; 15 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
