William-Clyde Johnson, born in 1919, spouse of Ruby-Marie Johnson, father of Larry, MI, Terry, Deborah, Ga, Linda, Lloyd, Carol and Dale, died on February 22, 2005 at 85 years old.
JOHNSON, WILLIAM CLYDE, 85, passed away on Tuesday, February 22, 2005 in Orlando. Mr. Johnson was born on September 27, 1919, in Wildwood, FL. He was a US Air Force veteran, a member of the First Baptist Church of Pine Castle, the Elks Club and was a Grand Guard for the University of Florida. Mr. Johnson loved fishing, traveling, chess, cards, and tennis and was an avid Gator fan. He is survived by his wife, Ruby Marie Johnson of Orlando; son and daughter-in-law, Dr. Dale S. and Carol Johnson of Longwood; daughter and son- in-law, Wanda Lee and Larry Cooley of Marietta, GA; son and daughter-in-law, Lloyd and Linda Johnson of Lilburn, GA, and daughter and son-in-law, Deborah and Terry Tomlinson of Coldwater, MI; 15 grandchildren, Leah, Brad, Amy, Mark, Brittney, Shannon, Erin, Tiffany, Trevor, Micah, Jared, Lauren, Kyle, Kenton and Kevin; one great granddaughter, Carrie. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Louise Johnson and son, Larry Breeding. A gathering for family and friends will be held Friday, February 25th from 11- 12 noon at the First Baptist Church of Pine Castle. Funeral services will follow at 12 Noon at the church with interment immediately following at Pine Level Cemetery in Oxford, FL.
