Vivian Colee Smith, 85, of Prattville, went home to be with her Lord on Monday, February 11, 2013, after a long battle with cancer. She was born in Jones, AL on January 8, 1928. She resided in Sardis, AL and Blackfoot, Idaho before returning to Prattville. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ewell and Earlie White Colee, and her two brothers, Grover and Newman Colee. She is survived by her son, Raymond Smith; sister-in-law, Janis Colee Lowther; nephews, Chip and Chris Colee, Dale and Terrel Colee, and Johnny Smith; nieces, Avis Huey, Doris McLeod, Lois Martin, Frances Chance, Ann Riddle and Elaine Wilson, and by two special friends, Billy and Jeannie Sparks. She was a member of Autaugaville Baptist Church, and had many friends and other relatives that cared deeply for her.A memorial service will be held Monday, February 18, 2013, at 2:00 p.m. at Autaugaville Baptist Church in Autaugaville, AL with the Rev. Garner Clark and Rev. Chip Colee officiating. Memorials may be made to the church, 2502 Highway 14 West, Autaugaville, AL 36003.
