Vivian was predeceased by her husband, Richard Sr. in 1999. She is survived by her children, Bonnie (Ken) Bishop, Betty Smith, Richard Smith, Jr., Arthur (Charmayne) Smith, Raymond (Cassandra) Smith; five grandchildren and several great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be held at Richards Funeral Home, 3670 Waverly Road, Owego, NY 13827 on Friday, December 28, 2012 at 1:00pm with Rev. Gary Smith, officiating. Burial will be in Tioga Cemetery.
