She was a native of Widen, WV and the daughter of the late LLoyd and Bessie Ruth Phillips Butcher, Sr. She was also preceded in death by her brothers, Ronald and Lloyd Butcher.Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Tuesday, at Woodfin Memorial Chapel. Rev Jack Wood will officiate. Interment will follow in Roselawn Memorial Gardens. Family and friends will serve as Pallbearers.She is survived by her daughters, Belinda (Rickey) Gail Busey of LaVergne, Jackie (Jesse) Kay Anderson of Nashville; sisters, Judy (Bruce) Cantrell of OH, Janet (Jim) Veith of OH, Sharon (Kermit) Oxley of AZ, Phyllis Dawn Sheilder of OH, Jean Williams of WV; brother, Phillip David (Fonda) Butcher of WV, Robert Butcher of WV; grandchildren, Tonya Smithey of Unionville, Randall (Britney) Smotherman of LaVergne, Lisa Martin of Murfreesboro, Daniel (Lacey) Anderson of Smyrna, Jackie Woodard of Smyrna; great-grandchildren, Hunter Smithey, Cason Smithey, James Smithey, Jr., Ashley Smithey, Trenton Parker, Destiny Parker, Hannah Martin, Haley Martin, Dylan Anderson, MaKenna Smotherman.Ms. Moore was a retired accountant of 33 years for Middle Tennessee Mental Health.Visitation will be from 4 until 8 p.m. Monday, at Woodfin Memorial Chapel, (615) 893-5151.
