Virginia M. Moore Munster Virginia M. Moore, age 80 of Munster, IN passed away Wednesday, September 22, 2004. She is survived by her daughter, Nora (Alvin J.) Detterline of Munster, IN; son, Austin Moore of Munster, IN; grandchildren, Alvin J. (Stephanie) Detterline IV of Berwyn, IL, David A. Detterline of Indianapolis, IN and Megan L. (Jason) Lambert of Raleigh, NC; sister, Barbara Alexander of Oklahoma City, OK; numerous nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her husband, Austin James Moore. Funeral service will be Monday, September 27, 2004, at 12:00 noon from the Burns-Kish Funeral Home, 8415 Calumet Avenue, Munster, IN with Father Michael Yadron officiating. Interment, Westin Cemetery, Rensselaer, IN. Visitation will be Sunday from 2 to 6 pm with a prayer service at 2:45 pm Mrs. Moore was a former member of the Eastern Star in Griffith, former member of the Hammond Chapter of the Orak, former member of the First United Methodist Church in Griffith and the Ridge United Methodist Church in Munster. Memorial contributions to Alzheimers research in her memory would be appreciated.
