Virginia Frances Wood, age 82, passed away on June 11, 2006, at the Ozark Methodist Manor. She was born on February 8, 1924, to Charley and Bonnie Howard. She remained a lifelong resident of the Marionville area. On June 15, 1946, she married Raymond Wood. He preceded her in death. She was a member of the McNeil Chapel Methodist Church. Survivors include one daughter, Vivian Wood of Springfield and a son, Floyd Wood and his wife, Sally, of Marionville. Graveside services, under the direction of Williams Funeral Home, will be held at 10 a.m. on Friday, June 16, at the IOOF Cemetery in Marionville.
