She was a native of Unicoi County, TN and was the daughter of the late Walter Davis, Sr. and Fannie Blevins Davis. She was also preceded in death by her son, Tom Walker; and brothers, Walter and Frank Davis. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday, at Woodfin Memorial Chapel. The Reverend Colin M. Ambrose will officiate. Burial will be in the Beech Grove Cemetery. Visitation will begin two hours prior to the service at Woodfin Memorial Chapel.Mrs. Walker is survived by her husband, Dr. Joe Tom Walker; son, Bill Walker of Murfreesboro; daughters, Pallie Jones and her husband David of Murfreesboro, Sally Boklage and her husband Paul of Nashville, and Mary Lynne Walker of Beech Grove; brother, Dean Davis and his wife Ann of Irwin, and a sister, Juanita Sneed and her husband Morris of Irwin; grandchildren, Wade Gaither and his wife Susan, Stevie Pagello and her husband Joe, Zac Rooks, Cody Rooks, Harley and Coleman Walker, Andrea Holbrook and husband Chris, and Adam Boklage and wife Ann; great-grandchildren, Sally Anne and Ruby Gaither, Eva and Eli Pagello, and Ellen and Russell Holbrook.Lib Walker was a member of Fairfield Church of Christ. She was a graduate of the Baptist Hospital School of Nursing in Memphis, and was an operating room nurse at Rutherford Hospital and a retired nursing home administrator.Lib loved being a grandmother. She enjoyed playing bridge, music, UT Football, and was a fantastic cook. Pallbearers will be David Jones, Paul Boklage, Wade Gaither, Zac Rooks, Cody Rooks, Coleman Walker, Joe Pagello, Ron Davis and Bobby Davis.
