-> Clyo - Violet Hall, 80, passed away on May 12, 2005 at Candler Hospital. Violet Hall was a resident of Clyo, GA. She was married to the late David Hall and a member of the Union Spring Church where she served as a Missionary and also on the stewardess Board, she was known as the community mother. She also a member of the Order of Eastern Star, Clyo, GA., Chapter 297. She was preceded in death by her daughter Amanda Mozell Garvin. She leaves to cherish her memory four daughters, Williemae (Elihue) Johnson of Clyo, GA, Virginia (Larry) Smith of Springfield, GA, Dorothy (Sam Jr.) Gant of Guyton, GA, Arine (Earl Sr.) of Clyo, GA; four sons, David (Vickie) Hall, Jr, of Hampton, SC, John W. (Kathy) Hall of Clyo, GA, Larry D. (Ernestine) Hall and Ceasar Hall all of Springfied, GA. A total of 58 grandchildren, 65 great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, a host of cousins, nieces, and nephew; one god-daughter, Jasmine Howard; an adopted brother, Lanier White, Sr.; an adopted sister, Annie Bell Williams; one sister-in-law, Willie Mae Cohen; one great-aunt, Evelena Sheffield; three adopted daughters, Altena Garvin, Lynette Walls and Vera Young all of Clyo, GA. Visitation: 6-8 p.m., Friday, May 20, 2005 at Union Spring Church, Clyo, GA. Funeral service will be held 11 a.m., Saturday, May 21, 2005 at Pilgrim Missionary Baptist Center, Guyton, GA.
