Johnson, Vincent Eric "Brock " July 10, 1926 April 27, 2008 Brock passed away early Sunday, April 27, 2008 after a long but courageous battle with cancer. Born in Orillia, Ontario he lived with his family in various districts of Gravenhurst, Dougwall and Lindsay. As a young man he worked on freighter ships sailing the Great Lakes and later as a tree surgeon. It was while working in the Markdale district that he met and later married Dolores Betts in 1948. A marriage which recently celebrated 60 years. Brock and Dolores started their family in Manilla, ON, later moving to Lindsay, ON where Brock started his career as a cabinet maker with the Northern Casket Company. A few years later then Brock & Dolores moved to Saskatoon in 1995 to join some of their family. Brock will be sadly missed by his wife Dolores; his Brother Charles Johnson (Marjory) of Barrie, Ontario; children Larry (Linda) of Lindsay; Brian (Pat) of Saskatoon; Kevin (Monique) of Saskatoon and Bonnie-Lynn (Colin) Bevan of Kindersley; and grandchildren Beau, Breanne, Kale, Kierstan, Kaitlyn and Conrad.
