HARRIS, Victor Sydney - Passed away surrounded by his girls on August 29th, 2007 in his 70th year after a valiant fight with cancer. He leaves behind his beloved wife and best friend of 46 years, Rowena (nee Rankin) and daughters Torena and Taryn, their husbands Rob Gardner-Durdle and Brad Malloy and granddaughter Ryley Rae who was most dearly loved by her Gramps. Pre-deceased by his sister June and brothers Reg, Teddy, Brian and Roy. Survived by eldest brother Charles. Always a gentleman, Vic will be forever missed by his many family and friends both here and in England. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 1st at 5 p.m. with visitation at 4 p.m. at the PATTERSON FUNERAL HOME, 6062 Main St., Niagara Falls, followed by a traditional Harris-style gathering at the Gardner-Durdles, 6389 Locus Ave., Niagara Falls.
