AUGUSTA, Ga.- Mrs. Veronica J. Moore peacefully entered into rest on Tuesday, May 8, 2012. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend. Mrs. Moore leaves to treasure fond loving memories with her children, Dorothy (Joseph) Glover, Jessie (Mack) Burroughs, Eloise Carwell, Irene Taylor, Bernice Moore, Betty Jean Ross all of Augusta, Ga., Tom (Gina) Moore Jr., El Paso, TX., Jospeh (Gean) Moore, Charlotte, NC., James (Margaret) Moore, Hephzibah, GA., and LLoyd (Jacqueline) Moore, Warrenton, GA., a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, sister, Louise Washington, Augusta, Ga., sister-in-law, Willie Maude Thompson, Campania, GA., son-in-law, Owen Gregory Vaugh, other relatives and dear friends. Funeral services will be 1:30pm, Saturday, May 12, 2012, Water Branch Baptist Church, 5701 Wrightsboro Road, Grovetown, GA., with Reverend L.J. Tanksley, officiating.
