Veronica M. Miller, 93, of Black Canyon City, Arizona, formerly of Bradford and Bath, NY, went to be with the Lord, January 23, 2014 at Hospice of the Valley, Scottsdale, Arizona.Born in Watkins Glen, NY January 17, 1921, she was the daughter of Daniel W. and Nettie Hakes Ayers.She was the former town clerk at Bradford and retired from Fleet Bank at Bath.A member of the Order of the Eastern Star, she was a former Steuben District officer and a former member of the Community Assoc. at Black Canyon City.She married Bernard W. Miller on February 6, 1942.He preceded her in death on October 8, 1989.She is survived by her daughter, Marcia M. Randolph of Black Canyon City, her grandsons, Lee Miller of Las Vegas, VV and Stephen Miller of Corning and granddaughter, Denise Miller of Campbell, NY, as well as several nieces and nephews.She is preceded in death by her son, Harold Miller and twin infant daughters.Funeral and committal services will de conducted Saturday, February 1 at 2 PM at the H.P. Smith & Son Inc, Funeral Home, 1607 Main St. Woodhull, NY.The Rev. Brian Diffenbacher will officiate.Burial will be in Woodhull Cemetery.On line condolences may be made at www.hpsmithandsonfuneralhome.com.
