Mr. Vernon Wayne "L. Wayne" Reeves Anderson, age 36, of Florence, died Thursday, Sept. 25, 2003. Visitation was Friday, Sept. 26, 2003, from 6-9 p.m. at Spry Serenity Chapel, Florence. The funeral service was at 3 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 27, 2003, at Spry Serenity Chapel, Florence, with Virgil Tittle officiating. Interment followed in Sheffield Oakwood Cemetery.Pallbearers were Channing Sherrill, Shane Anderson, B.J. Anderson, Joshua Riley, Justin Riley and Greg Green.A lifelong resident of Lauderdale County, he was a loving father, husband and friend. Preceding him in death was his mother, Patricia Erby.Survivors include his wife, Angela Reeves Anderson; father, Wayne Thomas Anderson; daughters, Brittney Reeves Anderson, Alana Reeves Anderson, Shana Smith Reeves, Courtney Reeves; sisters, Laura Terry, Tricia Green, all of Florence; brothers, Mark Anderson, Chris Anderson, Bobby Green, Joey Anderson, Eddie Anderson; special friend, Paul Bevis; grandmother, Myrtle Anderson, who loved him so dearly; nieces and nephews; special niece, Shelby."I love you with all my heart, Boogie."
