WEST BLOCTON Vera Bell White, age 79, of West Blocton, died Oct. 23, 2005 at Bibb Medical Center. Services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at the Chapel of Rockco Funeral Home with Rev. Danny Glover officiating. Burial will follow in Kinard Cemetery with Rockco Funeral Home directing. Visitation will be tonight from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.She was preceded in death by her husband, H.T. White, son, Wayne White, and daughter, Margaret Ann White.Survivors include two sons, Doug White (Charlotte) and Lyle White (Rhonda), both of West Blocton; two sisters, Mary Stone of Jemison and Elsie Vincent of Selma; five grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
