GUY, Valentine Jean, 81, of Weeki Wachee, Fla., died December 4, 2007, at Regional Medical Center Bayonet Point, Hudson, Fla. He moved to Spring Hill in 2000 from his native Tampa. Mr. Guy was a police officer and a member of various car clubs in the Spring Hill area. He was also an avid coin and gun collector. Survivors include his wife, Mary; son, William (Tracy) Guy of Dade City, Fla.; daughter, Christina DeLong of Spring Hill, Fla.; five step-children, Steven Carpenter and Tammy Pita, both of Zephyrhills, Fla., Anthony Carpenter of Brooksville, Fla., Cindy Morris of Hudson, Fla., and Eric Carpenter of Lutz, Fla.; seven grandchildren, six step-grandchildren, one great-grandchild and one stepgreat-grandchild.
