ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. Tylie Mae Phillips, 13 months old, passed away suddenly on April 26, 2004 at the University of New Mexico Children's Hospital, Albuquerque. Tylie was born March 4, 2003. She was the daughter of Chris and Jill Phillips of Albuquerque; sister of Matthew Phillips of Puebla, Colo.; granddaughter of Mark and Ann Winnicki of West Sand Lake, N.Y. and Ronald and Barbara Phillips of Vidalia, Ga.; also great-granddaughter of Thomas S. Winnicki of East Greenbush. Other survivors include an aunt, several uncles and cousins. Memorial service at St. Henry's Church, Averill Park on Saturday, May 8, 2004 at 1 p.m.
