KINGSTON Tracey Duggan-Van Etten of Kingston and formerly of Wappingers Falls, died on Wednesday, February 12, 2003 at the Northeast Center for the Special Care in Lake Katrine. She was 42. She was a member of First Presbyterian Church of Wappingers Falls. She was a 1979 graduate of Haldane High School in Cold Spring. Born January 14, 1961, in Peekskill, she was the daughter of William and Elsie Gardineer Duggan. Survivors in addition to her parents of Wappingers Falls include her husband, Wayne Van Etten of Kingston; a daughter, Elise Greenage and a son, William Greenage, both of Beacon; three brothers, Mark Dugan of Buchanan, Darrin Dugan of Wappingers Falls and Dexter Dugan of Staten Island; several nieces, nephews. A memorial service will be at 1 p.m., February 22, at First Presbyterian Church of Wappingers Falls. Arrangements are by A. Carr and Son Funeral Home, 65 Lucas Ave., Kingston.
