JOHNSON Tommy Lee Johnson, 55, passed away on Thursday, September 15, 2011. He was born May 7, 1956 in Brunswick, Georgia and has lived in Jacksonville most of his life. Tommy is predeceased by his father, Robert Johnson and his daughter, Melissa McIntosh. He is survived by his parents, David & Shirley Drake; wife of 35 years, Deborah; brother, Jackie Lee Johnson; sisters, Denise Howard, Diane Stadden and Cathy Drake; grandchildren, Bethani, Alyssa and William and a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held on Monday, September 19 at 3pm in the chapel of Cedar Bay Funeral Home, 405 New Berlin Road, Jacksonville, with Rev. Terry L. Griffis officiating.
