SMITH, Todd E. 49, formerly of St. Petersburg, passed away on Monday, Aug. 26, 2013 in Fayetteville, NC. He graduated from Gibbs High School and attended Texas University. He later played Semi-Pro Football in Barcelona, Spain and there he begun a modeling and rapping career. In addition, he was an entrepreneur previously owner of Beeper World in St. Petersburg. A memorial service will be held at a later date in St. Petersburg.
