Smith, Tina Rene Hamer, of Pembroke Pines FL joined her Heavenly Father on May 29, 2008. She was a devoted member of The Fountain of Pembroke Pine Church. She was employed with Village Health Disease Management, South Florida Nephrology Associates and Broward General Hospital. She is survived by her loving husband, Jonathan Smith and two wonderful daughters, "Princess" Tyra and "Angel" Christina; a brother, Sherry Hamer and sister Erma Washington both of Memphis, TN and many other relatives and friends. A celebration of life services will be held at The Fountain of Pembroke Pines Church, 21113 Johnson Street, Pembroke Pines, FL 33029, 954 447-6858
