She is preceded in death by her parents, one brother and one sister. She is survived by her husband; Calvin Smith. Son; Scotty Smith (Melissa). Daughters; Christy Jones (Grady), Kim Hill (Bill) and Tiffany Smith (Matt). Sisters; Kathy Thompson (Gary), Pam Elder (John) and Janet Sundman (Mark). Brother; James "Bubba" Shore (Tammy). 14- grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. Tina was greatly loved and will forever be in our hearts. Funeral service will be on Tuesday, 2:00 P.M. with the visitation on Monday evening from 6:00 until 8:00. Both at Patterson-Forest Grove Funeral Home. Burail will follow the service at Forest Grove Memorial Gardens. Rev. Ricky Mead officiating.
