Jefferson - Timothy M. Winham Smith, infant son of Katie Winham and Alan Smith of Jefferson, died Sunday, April 18, 2004, at Egleston Children's Hospital. Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Carter Funeral Home, Winder. Burial will be in White Chapel Memorial Gardens. Survivors, in addition to his parents, include a sister, Taylor Winham, Jefferson; maternal grandparents, Randy and Diane Winham, Snellville; paternal grandparents, Tim and Martha Smith, Jefferson; maternal great-grandparents, Jim and Kate Fox, Lawrenceville; paternal great-grandfather, Doyle A.
