ARUNDEL - Timothy E. Cyr, 48, of Rose Terrace Circle, died unexpectedly at his home on Apr. 3, 2005.Timothy was born in Biddeford on July 21, 1956, the son of James E. and Naomi A. Cyr. He attended Kennebunk schools and was an avid reader into adulthood.As a boy, Tim held summer jobs working on local farms where he gained a knowledge of vegetable gardening. As a young man, he held jobs at Keuffel & Esser Company in Kennebunk and Kennebunk IGA store. Through the years he also held jobs in plumbing, masonry, and drywalling. He was a master craftsman at all of these occupations.Timothy's many other interests included hunting, fishing, taxidermy, and music. He was very skilled in these hobbies and sports and was a talented musician. He enjoyed playing the guitar, singing, and wrote many songs. Tim was also an excellent cook who knew his way around the kitchen. Tim was also a member of The Arundel Eagles Club for several years.Tim is predeceased by his mother, who died in May, 1982 and his father who died in March of this year.Surviving are his sisters Julia and her husband Larry Theriault of Wells and Lisa and her husband Richard Ryan of Biddeford and several nieces and nephews.Friends may call from 5-8 p.m. on Friday, Apr. 8 at Bibber Memorial Chapel, 67 Summer Street, Kennebunk. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, Apr. 9 at the chapel at 1 p.m. with the Rev. Carolyn Lambert officiating.
