Funeral service for Mr. Timothy B. Carter, 47, will be held 1 p.m. Friday, June 6, 2014, at the Seventeenth Street Baptist Church with the Rev. E. Stevens Richardson, Pastor with the Rev. Edward Bolton officiating. Burial will follow in the Eden Hill Cemetery. Viewing will be today 1 - 8 p.m. at the funeral home. Goodson Funeral Home directing. The body will lie in state at the church 1 hour prior to service. Survivors include his mother, Margaret Carter, of Anniston; four daughters, Vanessa Carter, Katessa Carter, Dynasty Myles and Dymond Myles, all of Anniston; caring partner, Keisha Carter, of Anniston; six sisters, Marie Cummings, of Riverdale, Ga., Rosie Satcher, of Atlanta, Ga., Phronia Christian (Harry), of Anniston; Gwen Smith (Gerald), of Huntsville; Sharon Barber, of Atlanta, Ga. and Tangelia Williams (Paul), of Anniston; step-sister, Cassandra Sterling, of Anniston; brother, Robert Carter (Stacey), of Oxford and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and loving friends.
