MADISON -- Tiffany Lee Carter, 13, passed away Monday, January 13, 2003. Survivors include her parents, Roy G. and Lynn Mathews Carter; and her grandmothers, Violet E. Carter and Elizabeth Higdon. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, January 17, 2003, at the First Assembly of God Church in Madison, with interment in Grandview Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. Thursday, January 16, 2003, at the church. Vail-Holt Funeral Home Madison is in charge of arrangements.
