Forbes, Thomas P.C. III Feb. 20, 1935 - Jan 18, 2010Thomas P.C. Forbes III, 74, of Bradenton, formerly of Setauket, N.Y., died Jan. 18, 2010.Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to noon Feb. 1., with services from noon to 1 p.m., at Palms-Robarts Funeral Home. Interment will be 1:30 p.m. at Sarasota National Cemetery. Celebration of life immediately following at Rosedale. Survivors include his beloved wife of 53 years, Marilyn "Lyn"; a brother, Jerry; sons Tom IV of Arizona and Craig of Ohio; a daughter, Kerri of Virginia;sister-in law Diane; son-in-law Bill Pratt; daughter-in-law Sharon; and grandchildren Tom V, Michael, Ryan, Sean, Billy, Dana and Jackson.Tom was born in Freeport, N.Y., He graduated from Hofstra University. Tom was an executive with Grumman Aerospace for 35 years at Bethpage, N.Y., and Cape Kennedy, Fla. He was an active member of Rosedale Golf and Country Club since 1995. Tom was an avid golfer with many friends.
