Thomas F. Lee, Jr. 1930-2013 Thomas F. Lee, Jr., 82, of Guilford, VT passed away on Tuesday, August 6, 2013 after a short illness. He was born in Brooklyn, NY on October 7, 1930, the son of the late Thomas F., Sr. and Elizabeth (Prinz) Lee. Tom served his Country with the U.S. Army. He was stationed in Germany during the Korean War. He taught elementary, high school and some college courses to the soldiers through the University of Maryland. He earned a bachelor and master's degree from St. John's University, and was very proud of his 40 years working on Wall Street as Director/Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Kidder Peabody, Drexel Burnham Lambert, Donaldson Lufkin Jenrette, and Fleming & Co.He is predeceased by a sister, Annamarie Calhoun.Tom is survived by his loving wife of 55 years, Marie (Schneider) Lee of Guilford; three children, Michal K. Lee and his wife Patricia of NY, Elizabeth L. Goodin and her husband Ronald of CT and Stephanie L. Mathews and her fiance David Krysztopik of CT and six grandchildren, Thomas and Robert Lee, Scott and Erik Mathews, and Harris and Alexandra Goodin. FUNERAL NOTICE: Calling hours will be held on Friday, August 9, 2013 from 5 PM to 8 PM at Ker-Westerlund Funeral Home, 57 High St., Brattleboro, VT 05301. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, August 10, 2013 at Lady of Mercy Church in Putney, VT. Burial will follow at Hinesburg Cemetery in Guilford, VT.
