He served in the US Navy on the USS Robert H. McCard. He was a retired Sheriff's Deputy from Greenville County Sheriffs Department.Survivors are his wife, Deborah Williams; daughters, Deena Ladd, and Teresa Duvall and husband, Scott; son, Jason Williams; stepdaughters, Denise Ruby and husband, Eric, and Sherry Cook and husband Benji; and 10 grandchildren. Memorials may be made to the Woodside Church of God Building Fund.
