Holbrook Thomas J. "Tom" Waldron, of Holbrook died unexpectedly at the age of 80 Feb. 7, 2008. Husband of the late Louise C. (Dunnigan) Waldron; loving father of Coleen A. Cummings of Lakeville and Thomas M. Waldron of Hanson; dear grandfather of Kevin Cummings of Canton, Steven M. Cummings of Wakefield, Kelli M., Thomas J. and Janine M. Waldron, all of Brockton. Also survived by five great-grandchildren; and his dear friend, Irene Padden. Mr. Waldron was born in Boston and had lived in Holbrook for the past 53 years. He was a retired truck driver and member of the Teamsters Union Local No. 25, Charlestown, for over 30 years. After his retirement, he went to work for Russelectric of Hingham and had worked there for the past 20 years. He was a World War II U.S. Army veteran and a disabled American veteran. He will be reposing at the Cartwright Funeral Home, 69 South Franklin St. (Rte. 37), Holbrook, until 8 a.m. Monday followed by a funeral Mass at 9 a.m. in St. Joseph Church, Holbrook. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours Sunday 2 to 6 p.m. in the funeral home. Burial in Union Cemetery, Holbrook.
