Thomas J. Roach III of Owego Funeral service for Thomas Roach will be held Tuesday, May 29, at 11:00 a.m. at the Estey, Munroe & Fahey Funeral Home, 15 Park St., Owego, with Rev. William A. Moorby officiating. Burial will follow in the Hope Cemetery, Newark Valley. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 10 to 11 a.m. prior to the service at the funeral home. Donations may be made in Tom's memory to Hospice at Lourdes, 169 Riverside Dr., Binghamton, N.Y. 13901, or directed to his wife, Linda Roach, 1649 Gaskill Road, Owego, N.Y. 13827, for the children's college education.
