Thomas MacCormack died peacefully on Monday, Nov. 8, 2010, at age 54. He was a life-long resident of Newton and Newton High School graduate. Tom was the son of Allan and Arline (Theriault) MacCormack. He was the brother of Kathryn D'Agostino of Waltham, Jane Wallace and her husband Donald of Newton, James and his wife Eloise of Newton, Arline MacCormack and Christine Testa of Auburndale and the late Allan J. MacCormack Jr. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. He was employed at Newton Yellow Cab for many years and leaves behind many friends. Tom's funeral mass was celebrated at St Bernard's church in West Newton on Saturday, Nov. 13, 2010 (due to the temporary closure of Our Lady's). Burial is private.
