Resident of Supples Landing, Pembroke and former resident of Deep River for 56 years, died peacefully at his home on Thursday, November 15th, 2001 at the age of 88 years. Thomas Williams, dearly loved husband of Amy Williams (nee Brunner) of 60 years, and dear father of three daughters Penny Moffatt (husband Geoff), Pickering; Heather D'Aoust (husband Michel), Maryland, U.S.A.; and Nancy duManoir (husband Dwight), Constance Bay. Cherished grandfather of Ashleigh and Caitlin Moffatt; Zoe, Hannah and Liam D'Aoust; Lyndsey and Kyle duManoir. Predeceased by his parents William H. Williams and Retta C. Williams (nee Dickson), four brothers, Welland G. Williams, Murray D. Williams, Harry Williams and Dr. W.W.D. Williams; and three sisters Ada and Jessie Williams, and Margaret Hawkins. Survived by his many nieces and nephews; grand-nieces and grand-nephews. Visitation at the Malcolm, Deavitt & Binhammer Funeral Home, 141 Renfrew Street, Pembroke, on Monday from 1 to 2 p.m. Service in the Chapel on Monday at 2 p.m. Interment in Calvin United Cemetery.
